1) Stop smoking cigarettes AND crack cocaine. 2) Stop donating half of your monthly paycheck to NAMBLA. 3) Stop stealing the canes of the visually impaired. 4) Focus more on hitting the gym than hitting the elderly. 5) Stop defecating while standing in line at the bank. 6) Start looking for a career that doesn't constantly involve wearing a ball gag. 7) (For Zombies only) Cut down on mindless snacking (i.e. Eat less limbs and torsos).
